Fury Lord – Maximize Your Damage (Especially During SvS Weeks!)
Fury Lord is not just another event where you hit a big enemy four times and collect some rewards. With the right preparation, you can significantly increase your damage, earn massive achievement rewards, and help your entire server secure Invasion Rights during SvS weeks. And the best part? You don’t necessarily need the strongest formation on the server. You just need to use your brain before sending your tanks into battle. Yes, Lunatics, even we are occasionally expected to think!
Step 1 – Get the War Commander Position
Before doing anything else, request the War Commander position in the Capital. This position provides an additional combat boost that helps increase your damage output. Especially during SvS weeks, every bit of extra damage matters.
Don’t rush into Fury Lord without it. Those few moments of preparation can make a huge difference in your final score.
Step 2 – Activate Frenzy
Frenzy provides another important damage boost, and activating it is surprisingly simple. Start an attack against another HQ, preferably one belonging to a player without an alliance. As soon as your tank starts moving, cancel the attack.
That’s it! Your Frenzy is activated, and you’re ready for the next step. No need to actually hit anyone. We’re trying to maximize Fury Lord damage, not start another diplomatic incident.
Step 3 – Understand the Daily Faction Bonus
Every weekday, one faction receives a +50% damage bonus against Fury Lord. Choosing the correct formation can dramatically improve your results.
| Day | Faction | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Bloodrose | +50% Damage |
| Tuesday | Wings of Dawn | +50% Damage |
| Wednesday | Guards of Order | +50% Damage |
| Thursday | Bloodrose | +50% Damage |
| Friday | Wings of Dawn | +50% Damage |
| Saturday | Guards of Order | +50% Damage |
If the faction receiving the daily bonus is already your strongest formation (F1), congratulations! Your decision is easy. Use F1, perform all four attacks, collect your rewards, and hopefully unlock some massive achievement milestones.
But what if the daily bonus belongs to another formation?
Step 4 – Choose the Right Formation
This is where things get interesting. If the faction receiving the +50% bonus is not your F1, compare its power with your strongest formation.
If the formation with the daily faction bonus has at least two-thirds (approximately 67%) of your F1’s power, equip it with the gear from your strongest formation and use it for all four Fury Lord attacks. The additional 50% faction damage bonus can make this the better choice.
For example, if your F1 has 30 million power and your formation with the daily bonus has at least 20 million power, the faction bonus makes that second formation worth using. Transfer your best equipment before attacking to maximize its potential.
If the formation receiving the daily bonus is significantly weaker than two-thirds of your F1, stick with your strongest formation instead. The faction bonus won’t necessarily compensate for the difference in strength.
The simple rule: Daily bonus formation at least 67% as strong as F1? Transfer your best gear and use the bonus formation. Otherwise, use F1.
Step 5 – Don’t Forget the Rose Buff!
Before launching your attacks, check whether a Rose Buff is available that increases your damage output. If there is one, try to get it before starting Fury Lord.
Combining War Commander, Frenzy, the appropriate faction bonus, and a damage-enhancing Rose Buff can significantly improve your final result. These bonuses are especially valuable when you’re pushing for achievement milestones or helping your server during SvS.
Step 6 – Why SvS Weeks Make This Even More Important
During SvS weeks, Fury Lord becomes much more than a personal damage competition. Your damage contributes to the points needed to secure Invasion Rights for your server.
Invasion Rights allow players to teleport to the opposing server for free. That means every additional point helps your entire server prepare for the upcoming battle.
This is why maximizing damage is so important. It’s not just about your own ranking or rewards. It’s about giving your server an advantage.
And there is another excellent reason to take Fury Lord seriously: personal achievements and milestone rewards! Reaching higher damage thresholds can unlock substantial rewards that directly support your development. Some of these rewards are massive, so wasting damage potential means potentially missing out on valuable resources.
The Golden Rules of Fury Lord
Never waste an attack just because you’re in a hurry. You only have four attacks, and every single one should be performed with the correct formation and the best available preparation.
Especially during SvS weeks, don’t use weaker or unsuitable formations simply to finish the event faster. Take the extra time to move your equipment, activate your buffs, and select the optimal formation.
Always get War Commander. Always activate Frenzy. Always check the daily faction bonus. Always consider a damage-enhancing Rose Buff. And always use the correct formation for all four attacks.
Final Thoughts – Four Attacks, Maximum Impact!
Fury Lord rewards preparation more than impatience. A few minutes spent optimizing your setup can translate into significantly more damage, better personal achievements, bigger milestone rewards, and more points toward your server’s Invasion Rights.
Remember, Lunatics: Fury Lord isn’t about who presses the attack button first. It’s about who makes those four attacks count.
Four attacks. Maximum damage. Maximum rewards. And during SvS, maximum support for our server!
